Canada Immigration: Business Class (Self-Employed)

Business Class Immigration allows self-employed persons that have the intention and ability to create their own employment and make a significant contribution to the cultural, artistic or athletic life of Canada to immigrate to Canada. Self-employed persons with a Canada Immigration visa also have the option to purchase and manage a farm in Canada.

Only immigrants who have been self-employed in cultural activities or in athletics, or have participated at a world class level in cultural activities or in athletics or have farm management experience are eligible within the Class.
