The purchase price of each one bedroom property within the Marina Residences is USD 400,000 and includes a generous furniture package. The legal ownership structure is full freehold titled ownership, and comes with the associated property deed.
Full-sized suites presented in the West Indian Georgian Colonial style are a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach. The interiors are spacious and light with high ceilings and large living areas opening onto oversized verandas with outdoor furniture, and all enjoy fabulous views of Nonsuch Bay.

The Ayers Creek Residences are in the Caribbean Georgian Colonial style with three-bedroomed accommodation laid out on two levels, with high ceilings, light interiors, clean contemporary furnishings and tiled floors. These residences are close to the mangrove-lined, tranquil waterfront of Ayers Creek.
